Figuring out there in the real world is a fortnite guns tomato simply waiting to be discovered. This gives Epic Games a wide and colorful palette to function with. Will Moisty Mires become a desert, after all? Earlier rumors suggested that was likely, which stagecoach certainly indicates a Wild West transformation. Leaked files that came out before any of these new appearances included the anchor, the stagecoach along with a pile of bones. The bones, to me at least, surely look like what you might find in a desert. Some inadequate animal dead from lack of water, picked clean by vultures.

Can we see a giant leviathan monster at the end of the season, with a new escort mode tasking teams of 50 gamers to direct or prevent it from moving across the map? How would such a monster fit in the various mythical epochs we are seeing teased or discharged across the map?

In the end, this is one reason I have become such a major fan of Fortnite. It informs such a exceptional story in such a unique way. No dialogue, no films, no personality sketches; instead, the narrative is woven right into the match through events, changes in the map, and community sleuthing. It's such a distinctly video game kind of narrative and Epic tells it with participation from the audience.

For instance, when the rocket launched it pointed a quartet of laser-beams in Tilted Towers, the location on the map that many fans theorized the comet would destroy at the end of Season 4. It was almost surely Epic nodding to all those theories. Subsequently the rocket entered a rift just a split second before tearing into Tilted, sparing the small city from a 2nd existential threat.

Would that have happened if nobody had considered Tilted since the comet's goal? Perhaps. Perhaps not. More Fortnite News is hard to say--but it certainly seems like Epic riffing off of this Fortnite community. And it's charming and fun and validating all at one time.
